We need someone to help out with or be in charge of all social media marketing and updates.\u00a0 If that’s something you’d like to help with or take on, then contact us. We’d love to hear from you.<\/p>

We need to reach as many people as possible to make this campaign a success.\u00a0 Social media has the most significant reach if done correctly and efficiently.<\/p>

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>

  • Previous experience would be a definite asset.<\/li>
  • Bilingual is a definite asset as we promote both official languages.<\/li><\/ul>


    Event logistics organizer<\/strong><\/p>

    In a short time frame, we will have several events planned out and need people to identify the missing pieces.\u00a0 Transportation coordination, supplies gathering, venue coordination and more.<\/p>

    Please let us know if this sounds interesting and if you have helped in this capacity before.<\/p>

    Event Host<\/strong><\/p>

    We want to have as many events as possible in a short time frame.\u00a0 Late planning has put us under the gun to do things quickly.\u00a0 If you are interested in hosting an event and you love doing it… the more, the merrier.\u00a0 We will help you with prizes and getting the word out.<\/p>

    Event Staff<\/strong><\/p>

    We already have event staff, but we can always use more bodies to help.<\/p>

    • CHEO Bear mascot<\/li>
    • Handing out flyers<\/li>
    • Taking donations<\/li>
    • Signing up teams<\/li>
    • Transportation<\/li>
    • Help promote the events<\/li><\/ul>
